The owner, Roy Johnson originally established APS to provide quality temporary and permanent secretarial and administrative services firstly in Grafton and later Coffs Harbour. Roy’s experience in recruitment spans 23 years in the employment / personnel industry. APS Personnel was launched as an employment agency that not only placed people into jobs but specialised in finding out exactly what employers wanted. This was done by identifying the employer and staffs short and long term needs and ascertaining not only task specific skills but also the right personality fit for the employer’s organisation. Since that time the company has broadened its services to include skills areas such as Labour Hire, Hospitality, Environment, Professional, Financial and Management.
